Privacy policy

What this covers
Rapled (“we”, “us”) operates rapled.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries you send us through it.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, you choose what to share with us. The form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, country, business name, website, what your business does, and a message. We receive exactly what you type, nothing is collected from the form beyond what you submit. We also record that you ticked the box accepting our terms and privacy policy, together with the time you did so, because that record is what shows your consent was given.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and running, for example our contact form uses IP addresses briefly to limit spam. This happens on every visit and does not involve cookies or any third party. Analytics and advertising are separate, they are optional, and they are covered in the next section.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site sets no cookies unless you accept. There are no essential or strictly necessary cookies here, so if you decline, or simply ignore the question, your visit leaves no cookies behind at all. The first time you visit we ask whether to turn on analytics and advertising, and until you accept, no such tag is even loaded.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics and Google’s advertising tags. These set cookies that tell visitors apart, and they share information about your visit, including your IP address and the pages you view, with Google. Google may use it to measure our advertising and to show you our ads on other sites. Some privacy laws describe that as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. The analytics cookies are named _ga and _ga_<id> and last up to about two years.
You can change your mind at any timeusing the “Cookie choices” button in the footer of any page, which brings the request back. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and never ask.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, set up demos or consulting conversations you asked for, provide our services, improve the site, and protect it from abuse. We do not sell your personal information for money. If you accept advertising cookies, information about your visit is shared with Google as described above, which some privacy laws treat as sharing for advertising, and you can decline or withdraw that at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this website work: our hosting provider (Vercel) serves the site and its logs, and our email providers (including Resend) deliver your inquiry to our inbox. Each processes data solely to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation and our business records need them. If you’d like something deleted sooner, ask, see the next section.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email support@rapled.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect.
Governing law
This policy and our handling of personal information are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia in the United States.
